Get an inside look at my daily training grind in Mayur Vihar. This is the reality of boxing, fitness, and staying consistent when you'd rather quit.

This was my second day back training. The workout included fast shadow boxing for technique, bag work for power, and a circuit of jump squats and push-ups to build explosive strength and endurance.

The hard days are the best because that's when champions are made. Pushing through on the days you don't feel like it is what builds true mental and physical strength.
