What Training With Me Feels Like
I’m a pro boxer, and I coach with full intensity. No shortcuts, no magic tricks, just pure mehnat (hard work). You’ll get sweaty, you’ll get tired, but you’ll also get stronger. I believe in the mindset of a fighter - either you win or you learn, kabhi haar mat maano (never give up). My training is about turning you into a boxer, inside and out.
How I Coach
- One-on-one boxing training - I hold the pads, shout cues like “badi jab!” and push you to nail every combo. If your punch feels weak, I’ll tell you straight.
- Defensive boxing drills and footwork - We work on movement, guard, and controlling the ring. I’ll remind you “gard rakh” every time you drop your defense.
- Boxing-specific strength workouts - Expect sledgehammer strikes, heavy lifts, brutal core work, and HIIT. Your body will get powerful and tough.
- Sessions aren’t just about fighting. They’re about building discipline, confidence, and grit.
Who Can Join
I train anyone with dedication. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner, coming back after years, or a kid wanting to get tough. I’ve trained women, kids, older folks - all that counts is your will.
Training Spots
Mostly at my gym in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi, but I’m cool with shifting to parks or other spots if you prefer. The grind stays the same. Jo badalta hai wo aage badhta hai (he who changes, moves forward).
