1-on-1 Pro Boxing Training
Core Technical Coaching
- Dedicated Mitt Work: 15-20 minutes per session holding focus mitts to correct striking form, speed, and combinations.
- Ring Craft: Instruction inside the ring focusing on footwork angles, cutting off space, and defensive maneuvering.
- Technical Drills: Controlled contact drills for reaction time and head movement simulation.
Fighter Conditioning
- Heavy Strength Work: Unlimited access to raw strength equipment including 60-80kg tractor tire flips and sledgehammer slams.
- Mobility: Jump rope routines (double unders) and agility ladder drills.
- Core Focus: Specialized neck strengthening drills and heavy weighted planks.
Training Support
- Location Flexibility: Option to train inside the Yamuna Vihar facility or outdoor park sessions.
- Accountability: Direct access to coach for diet checks and motivation.
Small Group Conditioning & Gym Access
Facility Access
- Striking Equipment: Full use of USI Universal hanging heavy bags and speed balls.
- Strength Floor: Access to free weights, benches, squat racks, and functional tools like battle ropes and plyo boxes.
Circuit Training
- Daily Routines: Prescribed group workouts involving skipping, burpees, and bodyweight exercises.
- Floating Supervision: Coach provides form correction on lifts or bag work but does not provide continuous 1-on-1 attention.
- Environment: High-energy training alongside other enthusiasts in a non-AC setting.
Youth Boxing Program (Kids & Teens)
Skill Acquisition
- Fundamentals: Instruction on correct stance, guard position, and basic punch number combinations.
- Coordination: Extensive focus on skipping rope to build rhythm and foot-eye coordination.
- Kids Mitt Work: Light focus pad rounds to build striking accuracy and snap.
Physical Development
- Safety-First Strength: Introduction to resistance training using PVC pipes or light barbells (2.5kg to 5kg) to teach mechanics.
- Agility: Cone drills and low-height box jumps to improve athletic base.
Mentorship
- Discipline: Strict adherence to gym etiquette, time-keeping, and focus during sessions.

What Training With Me Feels Like
I’m a pro boxer, and I coach with full intensity. No shortcuts, no magic tricks, just pure mehnat (hard work). You’ll get sweaty, you’ll get tired, but you’ll also get stronger. I believe in the mindset of a fighter - either you win or you learn, kabhi haar mat maano (never give up). My training is about turning you into a boxer, inside and out.
How I Coach
- One-on-one boxing training - I hold the pads, shout cues like “badi jab!” and push you to nail every combo. If your punch feels weak, I’ll tell you straight.
- Defensive boxing drills and footwork - We work on movement, guard, and controlling the ring. I’ll remind you “gard rakh” every time you drop your defense.
- Boxing-specific strength workouts - Expect sledgehammer strikes, heavy lifts, brutal core work, and HIIT. Your body will get powerful and tough.
- Sessions aren’t just about fighting. They’re about building discipline, confidence, and grit.
Who Can Join
I train anyone with dedication. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner, coming back after years, or a kid wanting to get tough. I’ve trained women, kids, older folks - all that counts is your will.
Training Spots
Mostly at my gym in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi, but I’m cool with shifting to parks or other spots if you prefer. The grind stays the same. Jo badalta hai wo aage badhta hai (he who changes, moves forward).
