Authentic Muay Thai Training in Vasant Kunj
I teach the 'Art of 8 Limbs' the way it’s done in Thailand—no shortcuts, just technique and a fighter’s heart. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, this is real, battle-tested training.
This is me in Thailand, getting my hands wrapped by a Lumpinee champion before a fight. For me, Muay Thai isn't just a workout, it's a path I've walked for years. I bring that real-world fighting and training experience to every single session we have.
This is what a one-on-one session feels like. I'm right there with you, calling out combinations and holding the pads so you can unleash your power. We work on rhythm, technique, and pushing past your limits until the final bell.
I believe everyone has a fighter in them. Here, we create a space where women can build serious confidence and practical self-defense skills. It’s about feeling powerful, capable, and in control, both in the gym and outside of it.
I want to share a key lesson from my time in Thailand: staying calm in the storm is a superpower. We train not just the body, but the mind to achieve 'Mushin' or 'empty mind'. It's about learning to control your attention and stay focused under pressure.
Don't just take my word for it. Hear from Rohan, one of our dedicated students, talk about his experience training here. He can tell you about the authentic techniques and how he feels himself getting stronger and tougher every day.
This is our family in action. Our group classes are full of energy, with everyone from different backgrounds coming together to learn and grow. We sweat together, we improve together, and we build something more than just a gym.
Muay Thai is called the 'Art of 8 Limbs' for a reason. Here's a quick breakdown of the eight weapons you'll learn to use: your fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Mastering these fundamentals is the key to becoming a complete striker.
Progress can happen faster than you think when you put in the work. This shows the incredible improvement one of my students made in just one week. With the right guidance, you'll see your balance, power, and endurance improve significantly.
About Featured
When we hit the pads in my Vasant Kunj studio, we don't just focus on raw power. I watch your rhythm, your breath, and your balance, correcting your technique in real-time. You'll learn how to throw a roundhouse or a Teep with efficiency, not just force, because that’s the difference between swinging wild and actually knowing how to fight.
My Training Philosophy
I’ve spent over 15 years in the game, including time training and fighting at the legendary Sitmonchai gym in Thailand. I don't believe in watered-down workouts. When you train with me, you are learning the Sitmonchai style—aggressive, heavy kicks, sharp hooks, and the discipline to stay calm under pressure.
What You Will Learn
- The 8 Limbs: We focus on the mechanics of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. We break these down until your footwork is natural.
- Mushin (Empty Mind): I coach you to control your attention. It’s the difference between panicking when you get hit and seeing the opening for your next strike.
- Conditioning: We use the heavy bag, partner drills, and burnout calisthenics to build the cardio you actually need for a fight.
Training Format
I offer two main ways to train:
- Small Group Classes: High energy, where the group pushes you. We run sessions five days a week in the evenings. It's a community of people who show up to do the work.
- 1-on-1 Coaching: If you want to progress faster, this is it. I hold the pads for the full session, providing immediate micro-corrections on your stance and balance. We even do video analysis to spot the habits you can't feel yourself.
Whether you are a total beginner who has never wrapped their hands, or someone prepping for a fight, my goal is the same: to help you build a fighter's heart, known as Jai Su.
