Muay Thai Group Classes & Personal Training
Whether you want the intensity of a group session or the focused attention of one-on-one coaching, I keep it real. We train hard, sweat, and build the discipline that true Muay Thai demands.
Don't be afraid to try something new. Every single person you see training here started as a beginner. This clip shows the supportive environment of our group classes, where we guide you step by step.
Here is one of our students killing it during a group class. We focus on building real skills and confidence through pad work, ensuring everyone gets personal feedback even in a group setting.
We work hard, but we also have fun. I like to think of building a good combination like baking a cake. You add the ingredients one by one, from footwork to punches and kicks, and then you put it all together.
This is a look back at our very first training class. You can see the energy and excitement as a new community of fighters comes together. It’s amazing to see how far everyone has come since day one.
A typical session starts with warming up the body and getting the rhythm right. Here you can see students skipping rope and working on basic drills to prepare for the technical work ahead.
Training here is a mix of technical skill and physical conditioning. You'll do exercises like pushups to build strength and then immediately apply that power to your pad work. It's a complete approach to building a fighter's body.
This is what it means to transform your mind and body. We work on everything from heavy bag drills and outdoor conditioning to core exercises. It's a lifestyle that builds discipline, mental clarity, and helps you achieve your fitness goals.
About In the Gym: Personal & Group Training
If you are jumping into a group class, expect a 90-minute session that follows the pacing I learned in Thailand. We do not just hit pads; we work on technical drills to get your footwork and rhythm right. If you choose personal training, I hold pads for the entire session and record our rounds so we can watch them back and fix your technique in real-time.
Authentic Sitmonchai Style Training
I teach the Sitmonchai style, which focuses on aggressive heavy low kicks and hard hooks. This is not cardio-kickboxing. We follow the rhythm and flow practiced in Thailand, working on everything from basic Teeps to complex Dutch-style combinations. We train on 25mm EVA interlocking mats to keep your joints safe while you put power into the RDX and Protect bags.
Group Classes vs. One-on-One
- Group Sessions: These run five days a week at 7 PM. You get the energy of a community that pushes you, plus partner drills where we work on checking kicks and blocking. It is high intensity, and you will leave sweaty.
- Personal Coaching: If you want to fast-track your learning, this is the way to go. We work on your specific goals, whether that is self-defense, fight camp prep, or just getting a handle on the basics. I provide immediate, micro-corrections to your stance and balance.
It Is More Than Just Fitness
My goal is to teach you 'Mushin' or empty mind. You will learn how to stay calm when someone is throwing punches at you. It is about bouncing back after a hard round and carrying that same composure into your daily life. If you have never wrapped your hands before, do not worry. I will walk you through the technique for proper wrist support before we hit the mats. Everyone starts as a beginner here.
