Our Jai Su Family
Training here is more than just gym time. We are a community of badasses that pushes each other to get better every single day.
It's been a pleasure to watch Abhishek grow over the last three years. Listen to him share how training Muay Thai with me has been a game changer for his physical condition and why he thinks I'm one of the best instructors for authentic martial arts.
It was an honor to have Kru Pasenjit, a respected teacher from Triphura, visit our gym. Having masters like him come and test our students is how we stay true to the art and keep growing.
This is our crew after a tough session with Kru Pasenjit. We believe in learning from everyone, and moments like these strengthen our community and deepen our understanding of Muay Thai.
Iron sharpens iron. It was a pleasure to have our brother from Arunachal Pradesh drop in to train with us. We are always open to exchanging knowledge and growing together as a martial arts community.
This is our logo and our philosophy. 'Jai Su' is Thai for 'fighter's heart'. It means having confidence, perseverance, and tenacity. This is what I aim to develop in every person who walks through our doors.
About Our Jai Su Family
We do not just train in isolation here. We actively bring in masters and fellow fighters from across the country to pressure-test our skills, ensuring that what you learn on the mats holds up against real, varying fighting styles.
At Jai Su, we believe that iron sharpens iron. When you see us hosting masters like Kru Pasenjit or welcoming fighters from other regions, it is not just for show. It is about keeping our Muay Thai authentic and preventing the gym from becoming an echo chamber.
The Community Advantage
Martial arts can be a solitary pursuit, but at our Vasant Kunj facility, we make it a collective effort. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, you are part of a team.
- Cross-Pollination: We invite guest instructors to teach seminars and share techniques that you might not find in a standard fitness class. This broadens your understanding of the 'Art of Eight Limbs'.
- Accountability: It is easier to show up to a 7 PM session when you know a crew is waiting for you to help with pad work or partner drills.
- Real Growth: As Abhishek, one of our long-term members, mentions, the intense workouts here are a game-changer. We focus on physical conditioning alongside the mindset coaching, which means you are building a stronger body and a calmer mind simultaneously.
We do not care how many fancy gyms are in the area. We care about the work you put in and the support you give to your training partners. If you are looking for a place where ego is left at the door and hard work is the only currency, you will fit right in.
