About Strength & Conditioning for Hockey Athletes
Why I Do This
Hockey is my life. I know what it feels like to want to play at your best, every single match. My training isn’t just about lifting weights or running laps - it’s about making you a complete hockey athlete, ready for anything on the turf.
What You Get
- Hockey-specific strength training in the gym, not random workouts. We focus on moves like bench press and shoulder press, but only if they help you play better.
- Explosive power for hockey players - we do uphill runs and speed drills that actually translate to faster sprints and harder tackles.
- Speed and agility drills for hockey, with cones and ball work, so you’re quick on your feet and sharp with your skills.
- Endurance training for field hockey, because you need to last the whole game, not just the first half.
- Functional mobility for hockey athletes, including special sessions for goalkeepers to nail their footwork and reactions.
My Style
I push hard, but I also know how to have fun. You’ll hear me shouting, “One more minute, run, run!” but after, we chill and laugh as a team. For me, team is family. We sweat together, we grow together. Om Muruga Potri.
