Technical Assessment

- Kit Inspection: Safety audit of protective gear (Leg guards, kickers, gloves, helmet, chest guard) to ensure professional fit.
- Basic Mechanics: Evaluation of the Ready Stance and clearing techniques (kicking and sliding).
Tactical & Mental
- Pressure Simulation: Short 2 vs 1 drills to assess command of the D (Circle) and communication.
- Video Feedback: Immediate courtside analysis using mobile recording to correct posture.

On-Field Technical Training
- Advanced Drills: Execution of Baseline Entry defense scenarios and handling Cut-backs.

Why I Coach
Hockey is my first love. I live for the energy on the field and the grind that comes with it. Coaching goalkeepers isn’t just my job, it’s what I was meant to do. I get a kick out of seeing players push past their limits, even when it’s tough.
How I Train Goalkeepers
My sessions are intense - expect to sweat, think fast, and work hard. I keep things real, shouting “Chalo, chalo, chalo!” when you need that extra push. We train under pressure, just like in a real match. Sometimes I’ll say, “Aur pressure!” because that’s how you get comfortable when the stakes are high.
- We mix on-field drills with tactical whiteboard sessions.
- Strength and conditioning is a must.
- I use match scenario goalkeeper training to make sure you’re ready for anything.
What We Focus On
- Mental toughness for goalkeepers: making split-second decisions, reading the game, and leading your defense.
- Elite hockey goalie drills: agility, footwork, and reaction speed training for hockey goalies.
- Handling rebounds and drag flicks with advanced rebound control techniques.
- Defending baseline entries, outnumbered attacks, and close-range shots.

What I Do - I coach high-performance hockey for teams and individuals, focus on hockey goalkeeper coaching, S&C, and tactical hockey drills.
How I Coach - Training is tough and loud! Always shouting 'Come on boys, jao jao jao!' We sweat, we grind, but we also celebrate.
Training Details - We drill everything - agility, passing, receiving under pressure, decision making in hockey, real match tactics, and area awareness.
