Hockey-Specific Gym Training

My gym sessions are designed specifically for hockey players, not for bodybuilders. We focus on compound movements that build functional strength for shooting, tackling, and sprinting, including exercises like bench presses, hip thrusts, and leg presses to build a powerful athletic base.

Power & Endurance Conditioning

To last a full 60-minute match, you need a huge engine. My conditioning programs use methods like uphill running and long-distance trail runs to build explosive power and game-long stamina, ensuring you are as strong in the final quarter as you are in the first.

On-Turf Speed & Agility Drills

This is where fitness meets skill. I design drills using cones, balls, and game-like scenarios to improve your reaction time, footwork, and stick skills under pressure. I offer specialized agility programs for both field players and goalkeepers.
