About Athletic Performance Training
My Training Philosophy
If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. I’m all about pushing limits, staying consistent, and building both physical and mental strength. I know training can get tough, but we keep it fun too - no boring routines, just that work-hard-play-harder energy.
What We’ll Do
- I use everything I’ve learned as a pro athlete to build your personalized plan. Whether you’re prepping for a tournament or just want to get seriously fit, we’ll focus on what matters for you.
- Raw strength is our base. We hit the big lifts - barbell squats, pull-ups, dips, rows. Leg day is always on.
- Agility drills for athletes and core stability exercises are key. Expect high-intensity circuits, balance work with BOSU balls, and footwork drills with jump ropes.
- Functional strength workouts using calisthenics - handstands, human flag, planche, and routines you can do anywhere.
Who’s This For?
If you’re a competitive athlete chasing that edge, or just tired of the same old gym grind and want real results, I’ve got you. You bring the effort, I’ll bring the guidance.
Where We Train
I’m in Bangalore, and we keep it flexible. Gym, home, outdoors - wherever you want, we make it work.

My Story
Hey, I’m Shane Biddaiah. Tennis is kinda my world—love the mix of crazy action and chill vibes. Been lucky to train in Bangalore, play ITF tournaments, and even hit with legends like Arantxa Sánchez Vicario. Off-court, I’m trekking, partying, or just hanging with my sister and dog. Big believer in enjoying the grind, always learning, and keeping it real. Success? Smile and go again.
