This is what it's all about. Being in the game, feeling the pressure, and making the play. I train my athletes for these exact moments because I have lived them myself. This is a match-day tackle, showing the intensity and commitment I bring to every session.

Strength for hockey is not just about lifting heavy. This video shows my athletes performing hockey-specific exercises like barbell bench presses for upper body power, hip thrusts for explosive glute strength, and seated shoulder presses for strong tackles and shots. We build functional muscle that translates directly to the turf.

Speed kills in hockey. Here you can see my athletes doing uphill sprints at SAI STC Bangalore. This type of explosive power training is crucial for building the acceleration needed to break away from defenders and win the race to the ball.

Agility is the difference between a good player and a great one. This video compilation shows various on-turf agility drills, including cone work for quick direction changes and ball control exercises under pressure. We work on footwork that makes you sharp and reactive in any game situation.
