Why I Coach
Hockey is my life. I started out just like you, stick in hand, dreaming big. This game changed everything for me. Now, I want to help you push your limits and see how far you can go.
How I Train
My sessions are full power - on and off the field. You’ll hear me yell, “Jao, jao, jao!” (Go, go, go!) because I want you to feel that fire every time you train. I mix tough drills with real match situations, so you’re ready for anything.
- Ball control under pressure, passing, and scoring - we drill these till you can do them in your sleep.
- 1v1 battles, drag flicks, and defensive skills - you’ll get plenty of reps.
- We break down tactics on the whiteboard, then test them on the turf. You’ll learn attacking structures, defensive systems, and how to read the game faster.
Building Your Engine
Strength and conditioning for hockey players is a must. We hit the gym, run sprints, and do hockey-specific agility work. Your body will get stronger, faster, and ready for top-level play.
Results That Matter
I’ve coached SAI STC Bangalore to national titles and helped players make it to the Junior India hockey selection pathway. Some of my athletes have even trained with the Senior India Camp. I bring in top Indian hockey stars to share their stories too.

What I Do - I coach high-performance hockey for teams and individuals, focus on hockey goalkeeper coaching, S&C, and tactical hockey drills.
How I Coach - Training is tough and loud! Always shouting 'Come on boys, jao jao jao!' We sweat, we grind, but we also celebrate.
Training Details - We drill everything - agility, passing, receiving under pressure, decision making in hockey, real match tactics, and area awareness.
