I don’t do soft. My coaching is all about building tough, high-performing athletes - not just chasing medals, but making you rock-solid for the long run. If you want to be dominant in your sport, you’re in the right place. Performance comes from a solid base, and I build that from scratch.

How I Coach

I’m obsessed with learning. I watch, test, and tweak everything using sports science-based training for athletes. No guessing - we measure stuff. Kabaddi ko professional banana hai (we have to make Kabaddi professional), so I use research and data for every decision. There’s a system, step by step, and I don’t believe in shortcuts.

Inside the Program

  • Strength & Conditioning: Not just lifting, but training for power and movement. We do plyometrics, functional core work, and force-velocity training for high performance.
  • Injury Prevention: I focus on mobility, reactive stability, and eccentric strength. Injury prevention coaching for teams means you stay off the bench and on the field.
  • Smart Training: GPS and data drive our sessions. Load management and recovery are tight, so you train hard without burning out.
  • Recovery: Breathwork and routines that make recovery an active weapon.
  • Team Cohesion: Games and challenges bring everyone together. Sometimes, challenge ye hai ki (the challenge is that) we do wacky relays to break the ice and build morale.

My Story

Most folks know me as a sports scientist or coach, but truth - I started as an engineer. My path’s been zig-zag. Used to freeze up in public, once stood silent for 3 seconds on stage, felt like forever. Even caught a fever from nerves at a school comp. TEDx? Still nervous, still clenching toes, but didn’t blank out. That’s what I bring to coaching - not just science, but fighting your own limits, bouncing back, finding your stronger self.

High Performance Coaching for Athletes & Teams - I coach pro athletes in Kabaddi, ISL football, and SA20 cricket. Also do 1-on-1 coaching and workshops.

Resilience First, Performance Follows - I use data-driven athlete training, but focus on building resilience. No bubble-wrap, just real growth.
