Welcome to my 12-week fat loss program. After years of trying things that didn't work, I found that the fusion of yoga and mindful eating is the key to sustainable results. I built this course to share everything I've learned with you.

After my delivery, I lost 18 kgs in 14 months by combining the right diet, asana practice, and meditation. I've built my entire 12-week course around this technique to help you achieve sustainable fat loss.

About this collection

This program moves away from calorie counting or extreme fasting. We pair 12 weeks of live, guided asana sessions with 100+ mindful eating recipes. You get to eat real food while learning how to align your movement with your body’s actual needs, rather than forcing it into rigid, unsustainable boxes.

I created this 12-week program after my own pregnancy, when I lost 18 kgs not by rushing, but by changing how I related to food and movement. If you have bounced back to your old weight after past attempts, or feel stuck at a plateau, this structured approach is designed to break those patterns.

What we do together

This is not a library of pre-recorded videos that you watch alone. We practice in real-time. With 36 live sessions over the 12 weeks, we focus on strength, mobility, and asanas specifically chosen to reset your metabolism and balance hormones. You get access to:

  • Mindful Eating: 100+ vegetarian recipes that actually taste good and keep you full.
  • Accountability: We practice in a batch cohort. You aren't just a number; you are part of a community where we track progress and keep each other motivated.
  • Mindset Coaching: I include modules on stress management and emotional release because physical change happens when your mind is calm, not when it is stressed.

Why it works

We follow the 'sahi tareeke se' (the right way) philosophy. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, thyroid, or just want to get back to a version of yourself that feels energetic and strong, we build up to poses gradually. You do not need to be flexible or fit to start. You just need to show up. We use common household props to make sure every pose is safe and effective for your current level. By the end of 12 weeks, the goal is not just weight loss, but a total reset of your habits so you can maintain these results long after the program ends.
