Welcome to my 12-week fat loss program. After years of trying things that didn't work, I found that the fusion of yoga and mindful eating is the key to sustainable results. I built this course to share everything I've learned with you.

After my delivery, I lost 18 kgs in 14 months by combining the right diet, asana practice, and meditation. I've built my entire 12-week course around this technique to help you achieve sustainable fat loss.

About The 12-Week Fat Loss Transformation

This program moves away from calorie counting or extreme fasting. We pair 12 weeks of live, guided asana sessions with 100+ mindful eating recipes. You get to eat real food while learning how to align your movement with your body’s actual needs, rather than forcing it into rigid, unsustainable boxes.
