To get from fat to fit, you need to move your whole body. Animal walks like this incline and decline four-legged walk are a core part of my program, building strength and endurance.

People think yoga is slow, but they don't know the power of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). Practiced with intensity, it can burn a significant number of calories and is a complete workout in itself.

While you can't spot reduce fat, you can strengthen the muscles underneath. This sequence of core exercises, including extended leg circles, helps to tone the abdominal area as part of a full-body routine.

Looking for a full body workout? Try the Crocodile Walk. It engages your core, shoulders, and legs all at once. It's a challenging but effective way to build functional strength.

This core-focused jump-through exercise is excellent for reducing belly fat and building immense core strength. I recommend two sets of 25 to really feel the burn.

This wide-legged dand variation is a powerful exercise for targeting inner thigh fat, or cellulite, and building lower body strength. Consistency with moves like this brings results.

From a fat belly to a flat belly, the journey requires dedication. Exercises like dead bugs are fantastic for engaging the deep core muscles safely and effectively.

About this collection

You won't find any magic weight loss solutions here. My classes are simple: we push the body through high-intensity animal flows and Ashtanga sequences to maximize calorie burn naturally. We do not just hold poses; we use movements like crocodile walks and bear crawls to build functional strength while sweating out the stress. It is not about how you look on day one, but showing up for the next session.

Many people come to me asking for a quick fix for belly fat. I tell them the same thing: there is no spot reduction. My 'Fat to Fit' program in Bellandur is designed for those who want real, sustainable transformation. We focus on 'yukta-ahara' (balanced diet) and consistent practice.

My Approach

We skip the slow, static stretching often associated with yoga. Instead, we use:

  • Ashtanga Vinyasa: To build heat and stamina.
  • Desi Strength Training: Incorporating Hindu Dands and Ram Murti Dands, which are excellent for core and upper body conditioning.
  • Animal Flows: Movements like Frog Jumps and Crab Walks to improve coordination and torch calories.

What to Expect

Classes are high-intensity. We aim for 300+ calories per session through rapid-fire Surya Namaskars and circuit-based drills. Whether you are in my Sarjapura offline batch or joining me live on Zoom, the intensity remains the same.
