I founded Arogyam Vardan to bridge the gap between ancient yogic wisdom and modern biomechanics. Here, I train you to guide others with the precision of anatomy and the depth of philosophy.

To teach yoga safely and effectively, you must understand the body's mechanics. I use anatomical models to demonstrate how every joint and muscle works in a pose, ensuring you learn to guide your future students with precision and prevent injury. This is the scientific foundation of our practice.

This is a supported shoulder stand, or Sarvangasana, using a chair and belts. This therapeutic setup ensures correct alignment, decompresses the spine, and allows the practitioner to receive the full benefits of the inversion safely. In my training, you will master the art of using props to make yoga accessible and beneficial for every body.

Hear directly from Pallavi, who is completing her teacher training with me. She shares her one-month journey of growth not just in her physical practice, but in her mindset and approach to life. This is the transformation that awaits when you commit to the path of yoga.

Using ropes for support in Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana allows us to find stability without tension. This is a core principle of Iyengar yoga. We learn to align the body so the mind can become still and aware.

My teacher training course is a complete journey. We study traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar yoga, but we also explore the biomechanics of each asana and the deep philosophical truths behind the practice. I will guide you to become a knowledgeable, confident, and impactful yoga guru.

Step inside our studio. Here, we practice with focus and presence, using breath and alignment to awaken our inner energy. This is more than just physical exercise; it is a journey of self-realization.

Modern science shows that stress and fear originate in a part of the brain called the amygdala. I explain how a supported inversion like Rope Sirsasana calms the nervous system, increases blood flow to the brain, and naturally reduces this stress response, bringing clarity and balance to the mind.

When you feel anxious, your breath becomes shallow. This simple abdominal breathing exercise, demonstrated here, is a powerful tool to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and bring immediate calmness. This is one of the many practical techniques you will learn to master and teach.

Unlike general certification courses, my training centers on the biomechanics of movement using actual skeleton models. I believe you cannot teach safety without understanding how the body is structured, so we spend equal time on anatomical precision, injury prevention, and the deeper philosophical wisdom found in the Yoga Sutras.
