Angamardana Floor-Based Fitness Workshop

Bhuta Shuddhi Cleansing Initiation
Hardware Kit Included
- Copper Vessel: A specialized copper container for water.
- Accessory Box: Includes copper snake ring, camphor, specialized earth, and vibhuti (sacred ash).
- Storage: A cotton cloth bag to carry the kit.
- Ownership: The complete kit is provided to the participant for life.

How I Teach Classical Hatha Yoga
For me, yoga isn’t just a job - it’s my sadhana. What I offer comes straight from my journey at Isha Hatha Yoga School and the wisdom Sadhguru shares. I keep things old-school, not mixing or diluting the practices. This isn’t about showing off flexibility or crazy postures. It’s about tuning your body and mind for inner balance - actually feeling good inside, not just looking good outside.
What You Get in My Workshops
- Yogasanas sequence - We go deep, spending a few days learning a set of postures that stabilise not just your body, but your mind and energy too.
- Angamardana practice - No equipment needed. Just your body, breath, and some sweat. This workout is for building strength, stamina, and a clear mind.
- Surya Kriya - A sunrise ritual that connects you to the cycles of the sun, improving your overall wellness.
- Bhuta Shuddhi purification - A practice focused on cleaning up the five elements inside you. It’s simple but powerful for grounding and balance.
- Also, I teach stuff like Bhastrika Kriya, Upa-Yoga, and Yoga Namaskar for joint health and spine.
How It Works
Every practice is taught the way it was given to me - step by step, no shortcuts. Usually takes 4-5 days, so you get the hang of it for life. Workshops run mostly in Delhi NCR, with a base at Sadhguru Sannidhi, Chattarpur.
Who Can Join?
No yoga experience? No problem. Sab aa sakte hain (Everyone’s welcome), beginner or pro. I teach in both Hindi and English, so you won’t miss anything. Mera kaam hai (My job is) to bring these ancient tools to you - simple, honest, and real.
