Whether you are a long-time practitioner of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya or someone just beginning to explore meditation, this space offers a support system to help you stay connected.

Regular Offerings & Gatherings

We facilitate a variety of events designed to help you integrate these practices into your daily life:

• Darshan: Held every Saturday and Sunday, these sessions are an opportunity to behold and connect in a deep, silent way.
• Ekadashi Sadhana: A powerful day-long process for those already initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya to deepen their involvement.
• Pournami & Amavasya Puja: Open to all, these traditional gatherings occur on specific moon phases to help align your system with natural cycles.
• Sannidhi Sangha: If you want to bring this energy into your personal space, the Sannidhi Sangha program allows you to establish Sadhguru’s presence in your home.

How to Participate

Most of these events are open to the public, though some specific processes require prior initiation. We maintain a schedule that includes everything from simple meditation sessions to intensive purification practices like the Pancha Bhuta Kriya.
