About this collection
We keep our batches small, with only 15 to 20 kids, so I can provide active spotting on our crash mats and professional rigging while your child learns their first inversions. This isn't a classroom; it's a warehouse studio in Yelahanka where we use ropes, hoops, and poles to build functional grip and core strength. You'll see them gain confidence as they master new moves, all while being cheered on by the rest of the studio tribe.
Building Strength Through Play
Aerial arts—specifically hoop (lyra) and pole fitness—can look intimidating, but we break every movement down to its basics. We aren't training for stage performance here; we are training for life. By learning to support their own body weight on a hoop or pole, kids develop functional strength, spatial awareness, and a level of grit that carries over into everything else they do.
Safety First, Always
I know the first question you have is about safety. My studio is a high-ceiling industrial space fully equipped with crash mats and professional-grade rigging. Every aerial skill, from simple climbing to more complex inversions, is taught with active supervision. We focus on progressions, not pressure. No child is pushed to do a move until they have the foundation and the readiness to do it safely.
Why Aerial Arts?
- Core & Grip: Climbing ropes and maneuvering on a hoop builds hand strength and core stability that gym machines just can't replicate.
- Confidence: There is a specific kind of 'I did it!' look on a kid's face when they nail their first pole inversion. That feeling is what we're after.
- Versatility: We mix aerial work with calisthenics and tumbling, so your child gets a well-rounded athlete's training.
Whether your child is a complete beginner or looking to advance their acrobatics, our Yelahanka studio provides the gear, the supervision, and the energy to get them moving.
The Movement Studio
I'm Fedrick, and I believe movement is medicine. I started The Movement Studio to give kids a space where they can climb, flip, and grow without the pressure to be perfect. My goal is to help them find their own inner athlete while having the best time.
