Aerial Yoga: Fly & Flow

Discover the joy of weightlessness in our aerial yoga classes. Using soft, supportive hammocks, you will build full-body strength, improve flexibility by allowing for deeper stretches, and decompress your spine, all while having fun.

Yoga with Props: Deepen Your Practice

We believe props are for everyone, not just beginners. In our classes, we use a variety of tools including wheels, sticks, straps, chairs, and balls to help you safely explore deeper stretches, build strength, and perfect your alignment.

Restorative & Mindful Yoga
