About Workshops for Deeper Learning
You might be wondering how props like chairs and wheels fit into a therapeutic session. In our workshops, we do not use them to look fancy. We use chairs during our PCOD sessions to support your body in forward bends, allowing your nervous system to fully relax without straining your muscles. It is about making sure you can hold the pose long enough to actually feel the benefit.
