About this collection

It is not just about how flexible you are when you walk in. We use props like blocks, wheels, and straps in nearly every session. They are not just for beginners; they help you find stability in tricky balancing poses and safely deepen your stretches, whether you are working on a crow pose or a simple forward fold.

At HAMSA, our goal is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable, not just a workout. You will see this in the variety of images here: from intense arm balances that build strength to the gentle, restorative moments that help you let go of daily stress.

We focus heavily on alignment and safety. That is why our studios in JP Nagar and Akshayanagar are equipped with full-length mirrors and a full suite of props. We believe that using a wheel or a block allows everyone—regardless of age or experience—to get the most out of a pose without the risk of injury. It allows you to focus on the breath and the feeling, rather than just the physical shape.

Our community is the heart of what we do. You will notice that many of our photos capture group sessions and shared practice. We want you to feel that same support, whether you are trying aerial yoga with hammocks for the first time or joining a regular Hatha batch. If you are ever unsure about a pose or how to use a specific prop, just ask. Our instructors are there to provide physical corrections and guidance, ensuring your practice is tailored to your body.
