A team that flows together, stays together. Try this complex flow with us, moving from Set Ape through a series of underswitches, kickthroughs, and a full scorpion. This is what our advanced members work towards.

Here's an intermediate flow to challenge your skills. Follow the call-outs from Set Ape through a crocodile roll, scorpion switch, and traveling baboon. This sequence will test your coordination and endurance.

About this collection

Most people worry they aren't 'flexible enough' to start or that their wrists won't handle the floor-based load. Here’s the truth: we teach you how to load your joints safely during our warm-ups, gradually building the strength you need to move fluidly. You don't come in flexible, you get that way by showing up and moving with us.

  • Joint-First Focus: We dedicate 20-30 minutes of every session to mobility and wrist prep, ensuring your body is ready to flow safely.
  • Small Group Coaching: With a 1:6 coach-to-student ratio, you get hands-on corrections that you simply won't find in a crowded commercial gym.
  • Skill-Specific Tracks: Whether you are working on your foundations or aiming for advanced press-ups and one-arm balances, we have a track for your level.
