About Animal Flow & Primal Movement

When you start crawling on grass or dirt, your hands and feet become your primary contact points with the world, not machines. It feels awkward for the first ten minutes, but that is exactly where the magic happens—you are waking up joints and reflexes that have been dormant since childhood. Expect to get a little dirty, but you will leave feeling stronger in ways you never thought possible.
