Healthy wrists are crucial for Animal Flow. Our foundation course starts with wrist mobilisation exercises, powerful movements that prepare your hands and wrists for the demands of the practice.

The first step in Animal Flow is activation. These movements are designed to "wake up" the body, improve internal communication, and develop a conscious awareness of your body's connection to the ground.

Once you master the individual movements, you link them together into a Flow. This continuous series of motions can become a complete workout or be incorporated into your regular fitness routine.

About Animal Flow: Primal Movement

Most people jump into ground-based movement without prepping their wrists, which is why our foundation course starts there. We spend the first few weeks building joint resilience and developing an internal connection with your body before we start linking movements.
