Why I Flow
Zindagi meri dance dance, dosto! (My life is all about dance, friends!) When I couldn't dance, I picked up a staff and just kept moving. For me, flow arts became my meditation and my madness. I keep things super real - it’s not about nailing perfect tricks, it’s about feeling good and letting loose. Full enthu cutlet energy, guaranteed.
What My Sessions Are Like
- Not just tricks - you’ll learn how to connect your mind, body, and whatever prop you’re holding.
- Staff spinning for beginners: grips, planes, basic moves like the forward figure 8. But just as much, how to actually dance with the staff and find your own vibe.
- Twerkout fitness: Shake off the morning blues and start your day with energy. Zero judgment, all fun.
- Mindful movement workshops: Sometimes it’s hula hoops, sometimes poi, sometimes silk fans. Especially for women, I mix in breathwork and grounding to help you reconnect.
- Always 100% judgment-free. If you drop your prop, laugh it off - we all do!

Wasn’t some big plan, just needed to move, to feel something, maybe even connect with my late cat. That stick became my meditation, my language.
