Movement is better together. Whether it’s a cozy hula hoop workshop in your living room or a multi-day flow retreat, I’m here to help you find your rhythm, build community, and gow with the flow. ✨

A collage from one of my "Hula Hoop Sundays" workshops. I travel to teach private and group classes, turning living rooms into fun learning spaces. It’s so rewarding to see students progress.

Here we are combining all the tricks we learned into a simple choreography. My workshops focus on building skills step by step until everyone is flowing together.

Every workshop starts with some yoga asanas. Warming up our bodies is so important for preventing injury and getting our muscles ready to move and learn.

A beautiful moment of connection and self-hug during a yoga session at a retreat. My workshops aren't just about the hoop, they're about self-care and being kind to our bodies.

Another shot of our pre-hooping asana practice. We focus on stretches that open up the shoulders and spine, which is key for finding ease and fluidity in our hoop dance.

Teaching "The Smear Trick" in a workshop. I love breaking down cool-looking tricks into simple, achievable steps so everyone can feel successful and have fun with it.

The official schedule for Hoopinkai's Flow Fest, a 4-day retreat I help facilitate. These events are a deep dive into movement, community, and personal growth.

A video highlighting what self-care looks like at one of our women's retreats. It's about breathing, moving with intention, and connecting with each other in a safe and supportive space.

Day 1 schedule for our Flow Fest. We focus on settling in, connecting as a community, and setting intentions for our journey together.

Guiding students through a stretch during a workshop. It’s so important to create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable exploring their own movement.

About Workshops & Flow Fests

My workshops are designed to be entirely accessible, even if you’ve never picked up a hoop before. We always start with a brief yoga asana flow to warm up your shoulders and spine, making sure your body feels open and steady before we dive into the hoop tricks. It’s not about perfect technique; it’s about breaking down movements like the 'smear' or basic waist hooping into simple steps that leave you feeling successful and joyful.
