About this collection
My workshops are designed to be entirely accessible, even if you’ve never picked up a hoop before. We always start with a brief yoga asana flow to warm up your shoulders and spine, making sure your body feels open and steady before we dive into the hoop tricks. It’s not about perfect technique; it’s about breaking down movements like the 'smear' or basic waist hooping into simple steps that leave you feeling successful and joyful.
Beyond Just a Workout
I believe movement is a way of coming back to yourself. That’s why my sessions, whether private coaching or larger group gatherings, focus on 'sthira, sukha'—steadiness and ease. We aren't here to chase perfect poses; we are here to explore what your body can do while having fun.

- Hula Hoop Workshops: From waist hooping basics to intermediate tricks like isolations, I break everything down into manageable pieces. I provide all the professional gear—Polypro hoops and sound equipment—so you just need to bring yourself and an open mind.
- Flow Fests & Retreats: My multi-day retreats are deeper dives. These are holistic experiences where we mix hooping with Acro Yoga, poi spinning, sound healing, and group connection. It’s a safe, supportive space to rewrite old narratives and build genuine mental resilience.
- The Vibe: Whether it’s a birthday party, a corporate team-building event, or a women's wellness retreat, the goal is the same: connection. Expect plenty of laughter, ice-breakers, and music that gets you moving.
Travel & Setup
I travel across Bengaluru to your location. I handle the logistics, the setup, and the crowd management for larger groups, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and safe. Let’s create a space where you can move, share, and find your flow.
