About Flow Art Workshops & Private Classes
I see flow arts as both a moving meditation and a way to express myself without speaking. For me, spinning a hoop or fans isn’t just a trick - it’s how I shake off stress and reconnect with myself, especially when life feels like a juggle.
Who This Is For
- Never picked up a prop? That's totally fine.
- Want to try something where you can just be yourself and not worry about “getting it right”?
- Looking for a space where you can play, let loose, and maybe even make a few friends?
- Interested in mindful movement classes that don’t feel like a workout or a lecture?
My Teaching Style
Mere hisaab se, simple moves done well look way better than trying to get fancy and feeling lost. We’ll focus on basics like grips and timing, because that’s what makes everything click later. I mess up too sometimes, and I’ll show you those moments - they're just part of learning.
How We Flow Together
- Beginner Workshops: Group sessions with props like hula hoops or silk fans. I break things down step by step, so you’re never left behind. Expect some laughs and maybe a little sweat.
- Private Classes: One-on-one, totally tailored to you. Want to focus only on poi? Or maybe a creative movement for adults session? Let’s do it your way.
As a mom (#mamalife), making time for my own flow keeps me grounded. If you want to try something new, or just need a way to move and breathe, I’d love to see you in class.

My Story
Art’s always been my anchor, but Stardust is where I really found myself. Seven years in, and honestly, I’m still sneaking in those late-night fire jams on my terrace when the house is finally quiet. Being a mom means juggling, but this art is my escape and my healing. Whether I’m spinning silk fans in Hampi or just grooving alone, small space or not, I’m grateful to be moving, always chasing hearts not stars.
My Work
Visual Art Performances - I do fire poi performance, silk fan dance, LED pixel hoop shows, pyro acts, solo and couple sets.
Flow State Philosophy - Movement is my medicine - I try to bring max joy, minimal fuss, and share that vibe with you.
Event Entertainment - Weddings, music fests, launches, kids’ parties, private gigs - I light up any event, literally.
Practice Makes Perfect - Props can be moody - I always do practice burns, sometimes in the weirdest places, to be ready.
Beginner Flow Arts Workshop - I teach basics, break down moves, and make learning fire and hoop skills fun for all ages.
