About

How I Coach

I’m Narendra, and I believe asli progress track par dikhai deta hai (real progress shows up on the track). I’m not about fancy talk or shortcuts. You do your dharm – show up and work hard. I handle the rest. No drama, just honest grind. I train everyone - from school kids chasing medals to marathon warriors and master runners who want to smash their PBs. If you’re just starting out or want to get fitter, there’s space for you here too.

What Training Looks Like

Sessions are tough, but I keep them simple. We go all-in on interval training for runners - 400m sprints, 200m repeats, and drills with starting blocks. For strength, we use stadium stairs, medicine balls, and sleds. Sprinters get plenty of strength workouts for sprinters, and everyone gets form correction using agility drills and barefoot sand pit runs. I’m there timing you, watching your form, sometimes running beside you.

Where We Train

You’ll see us at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium for serious track work and Lodhi Garden for group runs and free Tuesday/Saturday sessions. Marathon training Delhi style means sweating it out in all weather.

Our Vibe

I call my athletes sher and cheete (lions and cheetahs). We warm up together, push each other, and support anyone who needs a hand. If you’re hungry, ready for mehnat (hard work), and want a real athletics coaching for youth or adults, you’ll fit right in.

My Story

Jai Shri Ram! Main Narendra, log mujhe Coach kehte hain, par asli mein main aapka bhai hoon. Gaon ka Pradhan bhi hoon, aur har din sochta hoon kaise gaon aur kisan ko majboot banaun. Running mere liye sirf khel nahi, apni parampara se judne ka tareeka hai. Jab Vrindavan ki mitti pe daudte hain, lagta hai Radha Rani bula rahi hain. Mera mission hai, tradition ko fitness ke saath jodna. Bacchon ko screen se ground pe lana hai. Yahi mera dharam hai.

My Work

Athletics Coaching & Fitness Training - Sab ke liye coaching - U-14 se Masters tak, chahe beginner ho ya pro. Discipline pe focus hai.

Marathon & Running Events - Vrindavan Run aur Noida 10k Run Challenge organize karta hoon. Yeh sirf race nahi, movement hai.

My Coaching Style - Track pe milte hain! Hard training, real jajba. Stadium band ho toh bhi training chalu. Tradition mix karta hoon.

Who I Train - School ke bachche, doctors, professionals - sabko train karta hoon. Willpower ho toh aajao!
