About Track & Field Training
My Rule: No Shortcuts, Only Mehnat (Hard Work)
If you’re searching for quick fixes, this isn’t your spot. I believe in pure mehnat - hard work is the only way up. Kismat pe bharosa nahi, mehnat se hi kamyaabi (Don’t rely on luck, only hard work brings success). I train with you, not just instruct from the sidelines.
Training Vibe & Location
Sessions happen at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Gurugram, mostly mornings. We work out together on a synthetic track, stopwatch ready, energy high. Expect lots of “Chalo, jaldi!” (Come on, faster!) and group drills that push everyone to dig deeper.
My Coaching Style
Forget just running laps. I build complete athletes:
- Technical drills for sprint technique improvement, hurdles, and block starts
- Endurance running program for distances from 800m up to half-marathon
- Strength work in the sand pit, plus plyometric training for athletes
Consistency is everything. Every day, we challenge limits.

- Sprints (60m, 100m, block starts)

My Story
Namaste! We are Gurgaon Physical Academy. Fitness is our heartbeat, not just a job. You'll catch us on the Gurgaon athletics track, pushing runners, or in the studio, where Zumba turns into a dance party. Haryana ki mitti se nikle hain (we're from Haryana soil), so 'haar to kade manni ni seekhi' (never learned to accept defeat) is our motto. From kho-kho coaching to leading aerobics batches in Rajahmundry, movement is our life. We always say, 'meeru choodadame kaadu meeru kuda dance cheyochu' (don’t just watch, join the dance). That’s our vibe.
My Work
