We focus on teaching proper biomechanics before increasing intensity. Whether it is box jumps to target the quads or hurdle hops for rhythm and coordination, every drill has a specific performance goal. We use professional equipment like Nelco starting blocks and various hurdle heights to simulate race conditions safely.
