Youth Athletics Group Batch (Under 18)
Batch Details
- Frequency: 3 to 4 sessions per week (approx. 12 to 16 sessions per month).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Group Size: Small batches of 6 to 15 students (mixed age groups).
- Location: Open air training in public parks (Sector 45 and 99 Noida area) on natural terrain.
Training Scope
- Speed & Agility: Cone drills, 30m to 50m sprints, speed ladders, and mini hurdles.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight strength work (pushups, situps) and endurance running.
- Equipment: Coach provides all markers, ladders, and training aids; students bring water and shoes.
Coaching Focus
- Discipline: High adherence to punctuality and effort similar to military training standards.
- Technique: Real time visual observation and verbal correction of running posture.
1-on-1 Personal Athletics Coaching
Program Structure
- Volume: 12 sessions per month.
- Location Model: Hybrid training alternating between outdoor tracks or parks (endurance) and gym floor (strength).
- Gym Fees: Client is responsible for separate gym access fees/membership.
- Goals: Targeted training for 5km/10km race timing or general athletic conditioning.
Technical Coaching
- Biomechanics: Analysis of stride length, foot strike, and arm swing with corrections.
- Strength Work: Compound lifts (Squats, Deadlifts) focusing on runner specific power.
- Pacing: Coach runs alongside the client to set the pace during tempo runs.
Customization
- Availability: Flexible slot selection including early morning (3:00 AM to 6:00 AM) options.
- Feedback: Occasional video recording of sessions to analyze form improvements.

Jai Mata Di. I’m Alok Chauhan, national athlete and coach. I’ve competed for India in 5km and 10km running, and now I’m here to help shape future champs at my academy. I care about discipline and never take shortcuts - it’s all about hard work and proper technique.
What I Offer
- 5km race training and 10km prep for those who want to compete, not just finish. We work on stamina, race tactics, and speed.
- Youth sports coaching at Future Champ Academy. Kids get a solid athletic base, mixing fun with strict routine.
- Running technique improvement is a big focus. Expect drills with agility ladders and mini hurdles to fix form and dodge injuries.
- Speed and agility drills like cone work, hurdle jumps, and sprints. If you want explosive power, this is where you get it.
Training Style
I keep it real with both outdoor and gym sessions. Park and ground workouts build raw running skill, while gym days are for strength and flexibility so your body doesn’t break down. No fancy stuff, just what works.

We are Future Champ Athletics Academy, started by Alok Chauhan. Pehle toh, running is in our blood – Alok’s a national athlete, and discipline is our mantra. My Work
Athletics & Fitness Coaching - We coach for 5km running, 10km race training, and general fitness. All ages welcome, bas mehnat chahiye.
Future Champ Academy in Noida - Our Noida academy trains youth in athletics drills and adults in disciplined fitness training.
