Pricing Guide
Beginners Foundation Batch
Schedule & Facility
- Frequency: 3 to 4 days per week (alternate days).
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours per session.
- Ground: Open ground with earthen (Matti) and cemented wickets.
Technical Drills
- Batting: Shadow practice for footwork, stationary hanging ball drills, and cone drills for drives.
- Bowling: Static arm rotation, run-up measurement, and spot bowling for accuracy.
- Fielding: Cup style catching and long barrier ground fielding.
Net Practice
- Volume: Shared net sessions with approx 15-20 students per group.
- Batting Time: Approx 10-15 minutes per student.
- Ball Type: Synthetic balls for drills and refurbished SG Club balls for nets.
Fitness Basics
- Routine: Group jogging, sprints, and calisthenics (pushups/situps).
- Oversight: General supervision by Head Coach with drill monitoring by assistants.
Elite High-Performance Program
Training Intensity
- Schedule: 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).
- Duration: 3 to 4 hours daily.
- Mentorship: Direct coaching from Head Coach and specialist batting/bowling coaches.
- Peers: Training alongside state-level and high-potential players.
Advanced Skill Work
- Bowling: "Tappa" training for line and length, plus speed testing with Pocket Radar.
- Batting: Match simulations with field placements, power hitting for T20, and playing high-pace bowling.
- Feedback: Ad-hoc video analysis for biomechanics correction.
Strength & Conditioning
- Functional Training: Tire flips, sledgehammer work, and agility ladder drills.
- Recovery: Guided cool-down routines and injury prevention protocols.
- Mental: "Meditate n Dominate" sessions and goal-setting counseling.
Match & Equipment
- Game Time: Guaranteed slots in weekend practice matches.
- Ball Type: Superior quality 4-piece SG Tournament/League leather balls.

Main seedha bolta hoon - I don't sell fairy tales. In cricket coaching, honesty comes first. Genetics play a big part, especially if you dream of being a top fast bowler. I'm not here to promise you'll bowl at 150 kph, but I will help you find your real strengths and push those.
Skill Over Speed, Always
You can try to bowl fast, but agar 'tappa' hi nahi hai toh kya fayda? (If you can't land the ball right, what's the use?) I focus on skill-based cricket training - mastering basics, hitting line and length, and understanding the game. We use a speed gun for feedback, but chasing numbers isn't the goal.
Holistic Training Approach
We build cricketers, not just players.
- Batting: Foundation first (head position, backfoot play), then level up risky shots with cricket match simulations so you perform under pressure.
- Bowling: The main thing is 'tappa', not just speed. We work on fast bowling biomechanics to keep you safe and effective.
- Fielding: Mandatory. Drills for high catches, agility, and ground work. Fielding is a game changer.
- Fitness & Mind: Daily speed and agility drills, strength workouts, plus meditation to keep focus sharp.
Parents: Support, Don’t Coach
Your job is support. Let us handle the cricket stuff. Please make sure your child’s gear fits - wrong size bat or pads can mess up technique early.

Main negative nahi, bas realist hoon. Zindagi aur cricket, dono unpredictable hain. Mera mission simple hai - powerful humans banana, jo girne ke baad khud uth sake. Kalla hi kaafi hoon, system se ladne ko.

No 'Copy-Paste' Workouts - Instagram se uthakar workout nahi milta. Har athlete ki need alag hoti hai, training specific hoti hai. Injury prevention for athletes is key.
