About Youth Athletics: Future Champ Academy
At Future Champ Academy, we do not just run; we teach form. Every session includes specific drills with agility ladders and mini hurdles to correct stride length and prevent injury before a student even starts distance training. You need to know that our outdoor training is weather-dependent and requires your child to show up in proper gear, ready to work, rain or shine.
Training for the Future
My approach to youth athletics is simple: no shortcuts. I have seen too many young athletes burn out or get injured because they prioritized speed over technique. At my academy, we focus on long-term development. Whether your child is just starting their fitness journey or wants to compete in school-level athletics, they need a base of coordination, strength, and discipline.
What We Cover
- Speed and Agility: We use cones, ladders, and hurdle drills to build explosive power. This is non-negotiable for anyone who wants to run faster and move efficiently.
- Conditioning: We focus on bodyweight movements like pushups and situps. It builds the core strength required to hold good running posture during a race.
- Discipline: I run these sessions with a focus on punctuality and effort. If a student is here, they are expected to be focused. This mindset often translates to better performance in academics and other life areas as well.
Batch Logistics
We operate in small groups of 6 to 15 students to ensure I can provide individual feedback on posture and biomechanics. We primarily train in public parks across Noida, including Sector 45, Sector 50, Sector 93, and Sector 99. These sessions are held 3 to 4 times per week.
This is not a daycare activity. We are building athletes. If you want your child to learn how to push their limits and respect the hard work required to become a champion, bring them to the ground.
