About Youth Athlete Development

Before your child even steps onto the field for training, we run a mandatory baseline physical and medical assessment. We test for agility, strength, and posture, and run VO2max checks to create a training profile that is specific to them. This helps us spot imbalances early so we can focus on prehabilitation rather than just performance, keeping them on the track and off the injury list.

The Science of Our Training

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether your child is aiming for the podium or just building physical literacy, our sessions at St. Dominic Savio and Holy Family grounds are structured around movement science. We integrate functional strength work—like planks, lunges, and overhead squats—with plyometrics to improve power, coordination, and speed.

Why We Focus on Prevention

Injuries are the biggest setback for any athlete, young or old. That is why our coaches and on-site physiotherapists work together to modify training plans based on initial assessments. We teach children proper sprint form, arm mechanics, and landing techniques to ensure they are physically resilient. It is about playing smart, not just playing hard.

Our 12-month training cycle is designed to be progressive, starting with 3 sessions a week and scaling up, ensuring consistency that is vital for long-term athletic growth. We provide a branded training kit upon enrollment, and we keep parents informed throughout the journey.
