Physical movement is crucial for brain development in the early years. Our new batch for kids aged 6-10 focuses on learning fundamentals like balance, stability, and coordination to build confidence and competence.

We focus on long-term athlete development by building physical literacy. For our 6-9 year olds, we teach fundamental movement skills through exercises like box jumps, which improve power and confidence.

Our early years program is focused on neuromuscular development. We use agility ladders and mini-hurdles to improve coordination, foot speed, and body control in our youngest athletes.

We believe in the magic of childhood and the thrill of the game. Our programs for young athletes focus on making fitness fun, with activities like monkey bars and agility games.

Learning to train starts with focus and listening. This drill for our younger group develops reaction time and coordination by having them respond to verbal cues.

This is the 'learn to train' stage. Young athletes work on hurdle hops to develop bilateral coordination and explosive power, fundamental skills for any sport.

Our youth athletes learn the fundamentals of defensive movement. This drill focuses on staying low and executing a proper defensive slide, building a strong base for on-court play.

We teach our young athletes to give max effort until the last second. This drill combines a defensive stance hold with an explosive sprint, building both endurance and speed.

Building the Foundation: Physical Literacy

The first 12 years are critical for a child's long-term development. We break this down into clear stages:

  • Ages 6-9 (Fundamentals): This is where we focus on balance, stability, and movement competence. We use relay races and reaction games to build those neurological connections that stick for a lifetime.
  • Ages 9-12 (Learn to Train): We transition into specific sports skills. If they want to shoot hoops, they need the defensive stance and footwork first. This stage is about discipline—staying low, moving fast, and listening to commands.

Our Training Environment

We keep it real. Our outdoor hard courts in Gurugram are where the work happens. We utilize agility ladders for footwork, mini-hurdles for stride coordination, and medicine balls for functional strength.

We maintain a strict 1:12 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures your child isn't just lost in a crowd. They get micro-corrections on posture, technique, and effort levels. If a kid is slacking, they will hear about it. We push them to give max effort until the final whistle.
