About Additional Work & Academy Life
Running on the track or lifting in the gym is just one part of the story. From our festive Diwali gatherings to daily group drills, we foster a community where everyone pushes each other. We are a family that celebrates hard work and keeps showing up, no matter how tough the session is.
What you see in these photos is the result of 'asli mehnat' or real effort. We do not believe in quick fixes or instant results. Whether we are marking a running track with diyas for Diwali or hitting personal bests in the gym, every moment contributes to the 'ziddi swabhav' or determined attitude we build here.
Our training happens across Noida at Sectors 45, 50, and 99. We utilize local park grounds for track drills and partner gyms for strength training. This hybrid approach ensures you get both the endurance of outdoor running and the functional power of gym workouts.
When you join us, you are not just signing up for a coaching class. You are becoming part of a group that prepares for state and national games, army recruitment, and marathon events.
