A lot of people think Pilates is only effective on big machines, but the real magic actually happens on the mat. I focus on tactile posture correction and what I call 'muscular meditation'—slowing down every movement so you can actually feel your core engaging instead of just rushing through reps. Whether we're in the studio or hopping on a Google Meet, my priority is helping you find that mind-body connection without the pressure of a typical gym environment.
Why Mat Pilates?
Mat Pilates is fundamentally about working with gravity and your own body weight. It is the most honest way to build deep core strength, improve your balance, and correct alignment issues. It is accessible, too—if you have a yoga mat and some space, you have a studio.
What We Do in Class
My sessions are a blend of Mat Pilates, prop-assisted flow, and occasional PHIIT (Pilates High-Intensity Interval Training) for when you need that extra burn. We do not just exercise; we move with intention. I am big on physical adjustments, so whether you are joining me at My Third Space in Indiranagar or from your living room via an online session, you will get real-time feedback to keep your form safe and effective.
