I'm excited to announce that Mat Pilates classes are back. Here I am demonstrating a side-lying leg lift, a classic Pilates exercise that targets the outer thighs and glutes while stabilizing the core.

If you want to strengthen your core and tone your body, Mat Pilates is for you. This short video shows a few of the fundamental movements we practice, including crunches for abdominal strength and squats for lower body power.

This is a glimpse into one of my group Mat Pilates classes at the Santacruz West studio. You can see the focused energy as we move through different exercises designed to build strength and endurance together.

Pilates is a journey of elevating your mind and sculpting your body. I offer both Mat and MOTR Pilates to help you find the practice that feels right for you.

About Mat Pilates: Build Your Foundation

My Mat Pilates classes are limited to 6-10 students so I can provide active form correction throughout the session. We use Swiss balls and foam blocks to deepen the work, but since the studio is a community space, please keep in mind that there are no shower facilities on site.
