About Strength & Conditioning
Don't expect air-conditioned comfort here. We train with tractor tires, battle ropes, and heavy sleds in a raw, high-energy setting. This is functional fitness that focuses on real-world movement patterns, not just aesthetics. You will be tired, you will sweat, and you will see progress—but only if you actually show up and do the work.

My approach to strength and conditioning is simple: build a body that works as hard as you do. We don't rely on expensive equipment or fancy gym culture. Instead, we use CrossFit-style movements to challenge your limits. Whether you are flipping tractor tires, dragging a weighted sled, or mastering battle ropes, every session is designed to test your mental focus as much as your physical endurance.

Where I Train
You can find me running these sessions at gyms across North and West Delhi, including Hustle 365 in Adarsh Nagar, THE FIT ZONE and The Pit in Azadpur, The Beast Gym in Burari, and HR7 Fitness in Patel Nagar. I keep the environment focused—loud music, heavy sweat, and no excuses.
