About High-Energy Cardio: Zumba & Aerobics
This is a 'sweat box' environment. We skip the fancy AC and focus on loud music and high-intensity movement. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for 60 minutes of serious, unfiltered cardio work that will push your stamina.
Why My Cardio Classes Are Different
Most people think cardio is just running on a treadmill until you are bored. That is not how we do it. My Zumba and aerobics classes are about rhythm, intensity, and consistency. When you join, you are not just burning calories, you are training your heart and lungs to be stronger.
The 'Mehnat' Approach
We train 6 days a week. We mix high-decibel Zumba and Bollywood tracks with old-school stepper aerobics. Some days are for conditioning, other days we focus on functional agility. I do not do 'fake' motivation. If your form is off or you are slacking, I will tell you. We are here to get fit, not to pretend.

- Real Vibe: We train in raw gym settings like Hustle 365 in Adarsh Nagar, The Beast Gym in Burari, and several other locations across Delhi. Expect loud music and fans, not centralized air conditioning.

Do I need to know how to dance? No. This is fitness, not a dance competition. If you can move, you can do this.
What if I am a beginner? Everyone starts somewhere. Show up, give your best effort, and you will see results. I help with form and pacing for everyone from beginners to those who have been training for years.
