Single Drop-In Trial Class
Session Details
- Entry: Valid for one single group class (Zumba, Tabata, or HIIT as per schedule).
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Intensity: Full participation in the standard batch routine.
Amenities & Limitations
- Equipment: Usage of aerobic steppers, mats, or functional props provided during class.
- Access: Usage of changing rooms and studio floor for the duration of the class only.
- Exclusions: Does not include nutritional guidance or access to general gym treadmills/weights.

- Curriculum: Age appropriate Zumba steps and Bollywood freestyle dance.
- Drills: Basic agility exercises to improve motor skills (jumping, stepping).
- Duration: 45 to 50 minutes per session.

- Venue: Conducted at partner preschools or studios rather than heavy gyms.
- Safety: Non intimidating environment utilizing body weight movement only (no heavy weights).

- Duration: 60 minutes of high intensity movement per session.
- Format Mix: Approx. 70% Zumba/Bollywood Dance, 20% HIIT/Tabata, and 10% Step Aerobics.
Guidance & Instruction
- Trainer: Direct instruction by Master Trainer Vishal Louis.
- Nutritional Support: Verbal guidance on portion control and home cooked meals (does not include written diet charts).
- Coaching: Hands on form correction for posture during functional drills.
Facility Access
- Access: Entry to the specific gym studio restricted to class timings only.
- Environment: Air conditioned studio with professional sound system.

My Approach
Not just about burning calories or dropping kilos for me. Mera kaam hai logon ko ek raasta dikhana (My job is to show people a path) to feel healthier and happier. I keep things old-school and honest. If I have to call you out of bed, I will. Life is a one-time gift, and I want you to enjoy it with a big smile.
What Happens in My Classes
- Zumba & Bollywood dance workout: High-energy, mixed with Latin, Bollywood, Arabic, and even Rajasthani folk. It’s a party - you almost forget you’re exercising.
- HIIT group training: My line is, ‘HIIT hai to FIT hai!’ (If there’s HIIT, then you’re fit!). I use battle ropes, agility ladders, plus planks, push-ups, squats. I’ll always fix your form.
- Step aerobics session & Tabata: Short, intense Tabata rounds to really push you. Classic step aerobics for that cardio boost.
- Yoga & cool-downs: Every class winds down with stretching to classic Bollywood tracks. I also run yoga sessions for flexibility and peace of mind.

My Food Gyaan
Forget crash diets. Jam ke khao (Eat to your heart’s content) but eat smart. Roti, rice, ghee - all have a place if you balance it right. Exercise plus real food, that’s my funda.

My Story
54 years old, still kicking. Kaafi saal ho gaye (been ages) teaching dance, Zumba, life. I remember dragging Moksh and his gang out of bed at 7 am, blankets flying. Some hated my blunt talk, but I’m a guru, not a babysitter. Upar waale ki marzi (God’s will) guides my work. I just show the way, you walk it. If I’m not making you sweat, I’m on my Royal Enfield. Dance and bikes, bas yahi mera scene hai (that’s my scene).
