My Approach
Not just about burning calories or dropping kilos for me. Mera kaam hai logon ko ek raasta dikhana (My job is to show people a path) to feel healthier and happier. I keep things old-school and honest. If I have to call you out of bed, I will. Life is a one-time gift, and I want you to enjoy it with a big smile.
What Happens in My Classes
- Zumba & Bollywood dance workout: High-energy, mixed with Latin, Bollywood, Arabic, and even Rajasthani folk. It’s a party - you almost forget you’re exercising.
- HIIT group training: My line is, ‘HIIT hai to FIT hai!’ (If there’s HIIT, then you’re fit!). I use battle ropes, agility ladders, plus planks, push-ups, squats. I’ll always fix your form.
- Step aerobics session & Tabata: Short, intense Tabata rounds to really push you. Classic step aerobics for that cardio boost.
- Yoga & cool-downs: Every class winds down with stretching to classic Bollywood tracks. I also run yoga sessions for flexibility and peace of mind.
Real People, Real Vibe
No perfect bodies, no show-offs here. You’ll see fit moms, serious folks, even those in their 50s proving age is just a number. It’s a true judgment-free workout space.
My Food Gyaan
Forget crash diets. Jam ke khao (Eat to your heart’s content) but eat smart. Roti, rice, ghee - all have a place if you balance it right. Exercise plus real food, that’s my funda.
