I’m Prerna Sharma, and if the gym’s got you yawning, Aqua Fitness might just wake things up. Gym ke treadmill pe bore ho gaye ho (treadmill at the gym got you bored)? This is nothing like that. We workout ON the pool, not next to it - using those special floating boards, so every move becomes a water-based core workout. You’ll feel your abs working overtime and honestly, standing up can be a workout itself!
Your Choices - Pick Your Flow
- AquaCharge (Flaabh Fit): High-energy, party-style session. We do squats, push-ups, jumps, all on the floating boards. Think floating board exercises, but with music and full-on group fun.
- Aqua Yoga: If you’re into yoga, try this. Asanas get way tougher and more satisfying on water. Balance aur focus ka level hi alag hai (balance and focus is on another level).
Why It’s Different
- Calorie burn is next-level, but the water keeps it gentle on your joints. It’s honestly low impact water training.
- Your balance gets challenged – expect to wobble, maybe even fall! Sab mazaak hai (it’s all good fun).
