Logistics & Requirements
- Trainer: 1 Certified Lead Instructor.
- Equipment: Instructor brings music source (Phone/iPad). Client must provide a PA system or speakers.

Stage Warm-up & Crowd Energizer

- Duration: 20 to 30-minute intense warm-up or "Zumba Party" segment.
- Capacity: Designed for large scale crowds of 100 to 1000+ people (Marathons, Cyclothons, Brand Launches).
- Style: Visual-heavy demonstration with minimal verbal instruction to suit large venues.
Technical & Talent
- Talent: Lead Presenter included. Option to include 1 Demo/Shadow Instructor for visual coverage on large stages.
- Audio: Professional use of headset or handheld microphone for crowd motivation. Music coordinated with event DJ.
- Logistics: Includes early morning call-times (common for marathons) and travel within metro city limits.

Why I Do What I Do
I’m Prerna, and if there’s one thing I know, it’s that moving together makes any event better. I turn regular gatherings into full-on energy fitness parties - from office teams to marathon crowds, everyone leaves with a smile and a few new dance moves.
What I Bring
I design dance-based corporate wellness sessions because let’s be honest, no one wants another boring icebreaker. My sessions are all about team-building fitness activities that actually get people connecting - not just pretending. I also lead warm-ups for big events. If you need an event warm-up leader who can hype up thousands, I’ve got you covered. I’ve been on stage at Indian Navy Marathon and JITO Ahimsa Run where the crowd actually started vibing together!
If you want something extra, I do group fitness masterclass events too. That can mean Zumba, Bollywood, or a full-power Bhangra blast. I mix it up with functional training for those who want a challenge.
The Real Vibe
Whether your group is 20 or 2000, it’s never dull. Expect lots of Bollywood hits, some Punjabi beats, and retro tracks with moves that make you say "Nachan Nu Jee Karda!” (I feel like dancing!). Reality - haan, kabhi halat kharab ho sakti hai (sometimes you’ll feel wiped out), but I make sure it’s always fun. You’ll sweat, laugh, and leave pumped with positive energy.
