AquaCharge: High-Energy Pool Workouts
Trade the treadmill for a floating board. Join me in the pool for a full-body workout that challenges your core, boosts your balance, and feels more like a splashy pool party than a sweat session.
My AquaCharge sessions are designed to be your new happy hour. Here you can see some of our foundational moves, including floating squats and planks. This low impact water training is perfect for burning calories while being gentle on your joints.
This is what fitness on water looks like. In this session, we move through a series of dynamic exercises like floating push-ups and explosive squat jumps, all while balancing on the water. It’s a full-body workout that intensely challenges your core and stability with every single move.
About AquaCharge: High-Energy Pool Workouts
Let’s be real for a second: yes, you will probably wobble, and you might even fall into the water when you’re starting out. That’s actually the best part! Because we use tethered floating boards, every push-up or squat forces your core to work twice as hard to keep you stable. It isn't just about getting sweaty; it’s about learning to balance while having a good laugh.
Fitness That Feels Like Play
If you've ever felt like gym sessions are a grind, AquaCharge is the reset button you need. We move the workout from the mat to the water, using 7ft x 3ft floating boards. These boards are tethered to the pool lane dividers, so you get all the stability you need to perform burpees, jumps, and planks without drifting off.
Why AquaCharge Works
Since water is naturally unstable, your core is engaged from the moment you step on the board. It turns standard bodyweight moves into advanced stability training.
- Low Impact, High Burn: The water absorbs the impact, making it safe for your joints while the resistance of the water keeps your heart rate up.
- Two Styles: We have Flaabh Fit for those who want that high-tempo, party-style cardio burn, and Aqua Yoga for anyone looking to challenge their focus and balance with asanas on water.
What to Expect
Sessions are 60 minutes long, including a quick briefing to get you comfortable on the board. Don't worry about gear—just bring your swimwear (synthetic or nylon, please, no cotton) and a towel. Whether you’re joining a group batch at our Pitampura pool or booking a private 1-on-1 session to work on specific goals, the environment is always about keeping the energy high and the mood light. Expect to get wet, expect to laugh when you lose your balance, and walk out feeling stronger.
