Aqua Fitness: Floating Board Workouts in NCR
Bored of gym treadmills? Come get wet. We are moving our HIIT and Yoga sessions onto floating boards for a core-crushing, water-based challenge.
This is what fitness on water looks like. In this session, we move through a series of dynamic exercises like floating push-ups and explosive squat jumps, all while balancing on the water. It’s a full-body workout that intensely challenges your core and stability with every single move.
My AquaCharge sessions are designed to be your new happy hour. Here you can see some of our foundational moves, including floating squats and planks. This low impact water training is perfect for burning calories while being gentle on your joints.
If you love yoga, you have to try it on water. I guide you through asanas like the upward-facing and downward-facing dog, but on a floating board. This challenges your balance and engages your core in a way that traditional yoga on a mat simply can't.
This is the feeling I want you to have after a session. A powerful sense of accomplishment, surrounded by incredible views. My Flaabh Fit sessions are not just about the workout, they are about the entire experience of connecting with your body and nature.
About Featured
The most important thing to know is that you will likely wobble and might even fall in, but that is exactly where the fun happens. Because we use tethered floating boards, the water creates constant instability. Every squat or plank forces your core to work twice as hard to keep you steady. It is intense, low-impact training that feels more like a pool party than a traditional gym workout.
Not Your Average Pool Workout
Forget lane swimming. We are training on 7ft x 3ft AquaCharge boards tethered to lane dividers. This means you get the resistance of water without the boredom of laps. Whether you join a Flaabh Fit session or try Aqua Yoga, the goal is simple: balance, strength, and a lot of laughs.
Choose Your Flow
- Flaabh Fit (AquaCharge): This is our high-energy party mode. We take moves like burpees, squats, and jumps onto the board. The music is loud, the calorie burn is real, and the water keeps things gentle on your joints.
- Aqua Yoga: If you already practice on a mat, try it here. The floating board forces you to refine your alignment and engage your core fully. Holding an asana becomes significantly more challenging when your base is constantly moving.
Practical Details
- Location: We host sessions at our GetWetFit facility in Pitampura.
- Attire: Please wear synthetic, synthetic, Lycra, or Nylon swimwear. Cotton is strictly prohibited as it gets heavy and uncomfortable in the pool.
- The Vibe: You will get wet, you might lose your balance, and you will definitely get sweaty. My sessions are about community and pushing limits, not standing perfectly still. If you are ready for a different kind of happy hour, come join us.
