We feature a professional-grade MMA cage for live sparring, matted zones for BJJ and wrestling drills, and a dedicated striking zone packed with heavy bags, Thai pads, and teardrop bags. We keep the environment old-school—industrial ventilation, walls covered in graffiti that match our energy, and a setup that forces you to leave your excuses at the door.

Whether you are training in our Vashi center or the Nerul facility, the intensity remains the same. You won’t be alone on the machines. Our coaches are on the mats with you, correcting your form in real-time. We also maintain a functional fitness section with tires, battle ropes, and kettlebells to build the explosive power needed for MMA, Kickboxing, or Muay Thai. We focus on effective, hard-hitting training that translates directly into the ring or real-world self-defense situations.
