Adult Unlimited MMA & Combat Fitness
Core Training Schedule
- Frequency: Unlimited access to training sessions running 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
- Duration: High-intensity sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes covering warm-ups, technical drills, and conditioning.
- Disciplines: Includes striking (Muay Thai/Kickboxing) and grappling (BJJ/Wrestling/Submissions).
Facility & Equipment
- The Octagon: Access to the on-site MMA Cage for spatial awareness drills and wall-work.
- Strength Zone: Usage of tractor tires, battle ropes, medicine balls, and free weights for functional fitness.
- Training Floor: High-density EVA foam puzzle mats designed for impact absorption during takedowns.
- Environment: Non-AC, high-ventilation industrial fan setup designed to build stamina and mental resilience.
Skill Development
- Striking: Drills using 'Invincible' brand heavy bags and focus mitts.
- Grappling: Focus on takedowns, cage control, and submissions like RNC and Kimura.
- Sparring: Supervised Saturday sessions ranging from light to hard contact based on skill level.
Junior MMA Championship Program
Youth Curriculum
- Target Age: Tailored specifically for children and teens aged 8 to 16 years.
- Batches: Dedicated afternoon/early evening sessions (typically 3-5 times per week).
- Safety Protocols: Strict supervision prioritizing technique over power; protective gear (headguards/shin pads) is mandatory for partner drills.

- Striking Foundation: Instruction on correct boxing stance, footwork, and basic combinations to prevent injury.

Fight Camp Support

Honestly, sab aa sakte hain (everyone can join). Kids from 8 years, students, women wanting to break stereotypes, and amateurs going pro. Doesn't matter where you start - if you show up with intent, I won't give up on you.

We are competition-focused martial arts. Our fighters win medals at national and international levels, including the GAMMA World MMA Championship. Team FCC has taken beginners to champions, with wins by TKO, submission, and decision.

My Story
All about leveling up, yaar. Always learning, always pushing. Got my International Referee cert and BJJ Blue Belt, but for me, it’s more than just exams. I set a high standard for myself, and I expect the same from my Fighter Combat Club family. Bahut log idhar aate hain after wasting time at fake MMA gyms—yahan, it’s real combat. I’ve seen bullied kids turn champions, housewives find their power. Punch sikhata hoon, par life ka discipline bhi. Win or lose, we grind, we learn.
