About Warrior Conditioning & Fitness
Unlike a typical gym where you might mindlessly log miles on a treadmill, here your engine is tested through functional circuits. We use tire flips, kettlebells, and battle ropes to build combat-ready endurance, ensuring every drop of sweat contributes to real, explosive power.
Our conditioning sessions are designed to push you until you feel like your engine is on fire. We believe in functional fitness, which means training with gear that matters, like battle ropes, tire flips, and kettlebells, rather than isolating muscles on machines that do half the work for you.
Whether you are joining our specialized weight loss batches or prepping for cage sparring, our approach remains the same: Mehnat kar, pasina baha (Work hard, sweat). We run these circuits to simulate the intensity of a real fight, building the stamina you need for MMA, kickboxing, or simply navigating life with more confidence.
Our coaches are all active fighters who bring a 'FightFam' mentality to the floor. They are right there with you on the mats, correcting your form during a set or yelling a correction when your technique slips.
We operate out of Vashi and Nerul, and our facilities are fully equipped for this type of intensity. You get access to a professional MMA cage, a dedicated striking zone with Xspeed bags, and a Grappling area for BJJ and wrestling drills.
