Kids & Teens Taekwondo Training
Core Training & Schedule
- Sessions: Access to 12 guided sessions per month (typically 3 classes per week).
- Duration: Each session lasts 60 minutes, split into warm-up, skill drills, and cool-down.
- Curriculum: Structured training covering WT (World Taekwondo) & ITF basics, including stances, blocks, and fundamental kicks.
Facility & Equipment Usage
- Training Surface: Usage of standard EVA foam puzzle mats for joint protection and safety.
- Striking Gear: Shared access to kicking paddles, focus mitts, and heavy hanging bags for power training.
- Fitness Props: Use of agility ladders, plastic cones, and re-breakable boards for technique demonstration.
Student Development
- Physical Conditioning: Calisthenics including pushups, situps, and flexibility training.
- Discipline Training: Strict adherence to dojang etiquette, uniform inspection, and lineup discipline.
- Sparring Introduction: Light contact step-sparring drills to build reaction time without full contact fighting.

What We’re About
At Fit and Fight Taekwondo Academy, Taekwondo is more than just kicks and punches for us. It’s about building respect, discipline, and a fighting spirit that goes beyond the mat. We’ve seen students come in shy or unsure, and leave with real confidence.
Who Can Join
- Kids as young as 2 and a half - we keep their energy moving with Taekwondo for kids that’s fun, not scary. They learn focus, basic self-defense, and make friends in a safe space.
- Adults who want more than the usual gym routine. Our adult self-defense classes are tough but rewarding. You get fitter, stronger, and learn skills you can actually use.
What Happens in Class
- We mix traditional Taekwondo with high-intensity fitness training. Expect kicks, blocks, push-ups, Tabata rounds, stretching, and agility drills.
- No two classes are exactly the same. Some days it’s tornado kicks, other days you’re breaking boards or racing through speed ladders.
- We work through martial arts belt progression, so you’ll always know how far you’ve come.
Real Competition, Real Progress
- If you want to compete, we train hard here. Our competitive Taekwondo coaching has led students to win medals at every level - state, national, even international.
- You’ll start as a beginner, but we’ll help you grow step by step. Some days are tough, but seeing progress is worth it.

My Story
We’re Aakash and Prashanjeet, and Fit and Fight is our second home. Every kid who walks in, from the tiny ones to the champs, becomes family. We cheer for every small win – from belt upgrades to international medals, like Pahal’s bronze in Thailand. Our joy is watching students grow strong, break boards, and step onto big stages. We’re not just teaching kicks, we’re building confidence, team spirit, and a place where everyone fights their own battles.
My Work
Taekwondo & Martial Arts for Everyone - We train kids, teens, adults in Taekwondo, martial arts, self-defence, and even run Taekwondo summer camp.
Fitness & Discipline First - Our sessions mix Tabata fitness drills, circuit workouts, and agility games to boost discipline and confidence.
Fun Training Sessions - We keep it lively – games, activities, laughter. Kids learn and have a blast, not just sweat.
Competitive Taekwondo Training - From local to international, we prep students for Kyorugi and Poomsae. Medals, teamwork, and grit – that’s our goal.
