How We Train
We avoid the fluff. Our sessions are built on live rolling and practical application.
- Takedowns: Learn to initiate and defend takedowns effectively. You will hear "Ghe khali!" (Take it down!) from our coaches when it is time to engage.
- Submission Mechanics: From BJJ guard work to wrestling pins, you will understand the physics of leverage and pressure.
- Sparring: You cannot fake intensity. We drill with resistance because that is the only way to know if your technique works against a live opponent.
Our head coaches are active fighters who have competed on the national and international stage.
